L’Atletico Madrid has identified the reinforcement for its defense for next season. It’s about David Hanko, Feyenoord centre-back currently involved in the European Championships with Slovakia (with whom he will make his debut tomorrow at 6pm against Belgium). The Colchoneros took notice of the defender last season when they faced the Dutch in the Champions League group stage.
Hancko arrived at Feyenoord after experiences in his homeland with MSK Zlina, in the Italian Serie A with Florentine and in the top Czech league with Sparta Prague. According to reports Brand, his market value is in line with Atletico’s possibilities. The Dutch club, with whom he renewed in February until 2028, paid him just over 8 million in the summer of 2022. There are not too many walls for his sale, so he could soon land in Madrid.
