After four seasons, in which he took on the role of sporting director and technical director, Zerminiani bid farewell to Lumezzane. The manager has in fact terminated his contract as stated in a note from the Lombardy club which we report below: “FC Lumezzane communicates the consensual termination today of the contract with the technical director Carlo Zerminiani.
Zerminiani, who arrived in the role of sporting director four seasons ago, contributed significantly to the club’s victories by building the team that won first the Eccellenza championship and then the Serie D championship, collaborating closely with president Andrea Caracciolo, reaching the playoffs in his first season back among the professionals. Together, among others, the purchases of Spini, Dalmazzi, Malotti and Pogliano.
Since July 1st of this season he had assumed the role of technical director.
FC Lumezzane thanks him for the great professionalism demonstrated in this journey together and wishes him the best for the next professional challenges that await him.”
In the manager’s future there is Piacenza where today he was announced as the new sporting director by the president Marco Polenghi: “The new sporting director Zerminiani will arrive, a young profile who has worked well in recent years, specifically in Serie D in Lumezzane where he won the championship – we read on Sportpiacenza.it – and he will decide the market moves together with the technical director De Vitis, in whom we confirm our complete trust
