It is with the official note that we report below, that Anzio “announces that it has reached an agreement with the Italian-Tunisian footballer Karim Laribia talented attacking midfielder born in 1991, fresh from his last experience in Serie D with the Alcione shirt, the club with which he won promotion to the Lega Pro.

With the hiring of Laribi, our club has made a sensational coup because the player has a curriculum and a history that will make your wrists tremble, and this demonstrates even more the ambitions of the Neronian management. Laribi needs no introduction, just think of his past with the youth teams of Inter and Fulham or his victory in the 2012-13 Serie B championship with the Sassuolo shirt. This latter triumph allowed the new Anziate signing to make his debut in Serie A the following season, when he made ten appearances in the league and two in the Italian Cup, an event in which he also had the urge to score.

In addition to his prestigious experience in Serie A, Laribi boasts numerous years at high levels in the academy in which he stood out in historic places such as Bologna, Cesena (in 2017-18 with Juventus he scored seven goals in the championship), Verona, Empoli, Bari and Reggina. Finally, it is also worth mentioning his debut with the Tunisian national team, when he even managed to be part of the pre-summit list for the 2018 World Cup in Russia and his adventure with our Under 21 team.

You can guess from this CV that we are talking about a sumptuous footballer, so our club is honored to have a champion of this caliber among its ranks.”
