The 13th day of the Serie C championship ended yesterday, here are the decisions of the sports judge (CLICK HERE to read the full press release).

The Sports Judge Dr. Stefano Palazzi, assisted by Irene Papi and the AIA Representative Mr. Silvano Torrini, in the sessions of 4 and 5 November 2024 adopted the resolutions which are reported in full below:
RACES ON 2, 3 and 4 NOVEMBER 2024
DISCIPLINARY MEASURES

€2,500.00 CATANIA
A) to have his supporters, positioned in the Curva Sud Sector (around 90%) in tune:
1. in the 1st minute of the first half, in the 16th minute of the second half and in the 49th minute of the second half, an offensive and insulting chant towards the opposing fans repeated, in each of the aforementioned circumstances, consecutively for approximately one minute, chorus which, in application of the principles enunciated by the CGF to United Sections in the decision published in CU 179/CGF (2013/2014), issued following an appeal by Frosinone Calcio, must be qualified as a vulgar insult in poor taste, which, directly or indirectly, led to offence, denigration or insult for reasons of territorial origin, but not suitable for engaging in discriminatory behaviour;
2. in the 10th and 12th minutes of the first half, chanted offensive and insulting chants towards the opposing fans, repeated, in each of the aforementioned circumstances, consecutively for approximately one minute, which in application of the principles enunciated by the CGF at the United Sections in the decision published in CU 179/CGF (2013/2014), issued following an appeal by Frosinone Calcio, must be classified as a rude and terrible insult taste, which, directly or indirectly, led to offence, denigration or insult for reasons of territorial origin, but not suitable for engaging in discriminatory behaviour;
B) to have his supporters, positioned in the Curva Nord Sector (around 90%), sing, in the 35th minute of the second half, an offensive and insulting chorus towards the opposing fans, repeated for around a minute;
C) for actions contrary to the rules regarding order and safety and for violent actions committed by his supporters, positioned in the Curva Nord Sector, representing a danger to public safety, consisting in having launched, in the 31st minute of the first half , four half-full plastic cups, in the playpen, without consequences.
€2,000.00 VIS PESARO for having its ball boys behave incorrectly throughout the second half, as they voluntarily and systematically delayed the return of the balls despite numerous invitations to stop the aforementioned behavior and, on two occasions, to game in progress, they kicked the ball onto the pitch in an attempt to interfere with the play.
€1,000.00 PRO VERCELLI to have:
1. in the 41st and 42nd minutes of the first half, one of his supporters, positioned in the Away Bend Sector, shouted offensive and obscene words at the Referee;
2. in the 10th minute of the second half, one of his supporters, positioned in the Away Bend Sector, shouted offensive and obscene words at the Referee.
€1,000.00 SESTRI LEVANTE for acts contrary to the rules on order and safety and for violent acts committed by his supporters, which constitute a danger to public safety, consisting in having launched, in the pre-match, during the warm-up, a firecracker of great intensity towards the entrance to the steps occupied by opposing fans, without consequences.
€500.00 LR VICENZA for acts contrary to the rules on order and safety and for violent acts committed by his supporters, which constitute a danger to public safety, consisting in having launched, in the 18th minute of the second half, a smoke bomb in the playing area, without consequences.
€500.00 PESCARA for acts contrary to the rules on order and safety and for violent acts committed by its supporters which pose a risk to public safety, consisting of:
1. having climbed onto the metal containment net of the sector reserved for them, damaging it;
2. in having damaged parts of the toilets reserved for them.
€300.00 ASCOLI to have one of its members, in the 40th minute of the second half, when the opposing team scored a goal, hit the right side panel of the bench, damaging it.
€200.00 PADOVA to have its supporters (around 80%) present in the Curva Nord Ospiti Sector, sing, in the 27th minute of the second half, an outrageous chorus towards the police forces, repeated four times .
€ 200.00 PONTEDERA to have, its supporters (about 10%), positioned in the North Standing Sector, in tune, in the 3rd and 11th minute of the first half, a € € 100.00 TRIESTINA to have, some of his supporters (around 80%), positioned in the Away Sector, sang, in the 11th and 19th minute of the match, an outrageous chorus towards of the State Institutions, in both circumstances repeated twice.
EXPELLED COACHES
DISQUALIFICATION FOR TWO ACTUAL MATCHES AND WARNING (II INFR)
FOSCHI LUCIANO (RENATE) for having, in the 40th minute of the second half, behaved incorrectly and disrespectfully towards the Referee as he vehemently protested by uttering a disrespectful phrase towards him to contest his actions and for having thrown a punch against their bench in protest. After notification of the expulsion order, he entered the pitch, thus delaying the exit from the field and the resumption of the game.
DISQUALIFICATION FOR TWO ACTUAL COMPETITIONS
BALDINI MATTIA (PESCARA) for having, at the end of the match, while the two teams were returning to the changing rooms, behaved incorrectly towards an opposing member, in that he uttered abusive and threatening words towards Mr. FUSCO MORENO and for have had physical contact with the latter.
ADAMO GIOACCHINO (RENATE) for having, at the end of the match, while the Referee Quaterna was returning to the changing rooms, behaved disrespectfully and offensively towards the Referee Quaterna, as he uttered disrespectful phrases towards them and an offensive phrase towards the Referee Assistant n.1. to contest his actions.
DISQUALIFICATION FOR AN ACTUAL RACE
MONTERO IGLESIAS RONALD PAOLO (JUVENTUS NEXT GEN) for having, in the 40th minute of the second half, behaved incorrectly towards opposing players, as he left his own technical area and entered the opponent’s during a mass confrontation.
GORGONE GIORGIO (LUCCHESE) for having, in the 18th minute of the second half, behaved disrespectfully towards the Referee and the Fourth Official, as after having already been called out by the Referee he reiterated his behavior by blatantly protesting and uttering disrespectful phrases against him to contest his actions; upon notification of the expulsion order, he reiterated the aforementioned behavior towards the Fourth Officer.
FOOTBALLERS SENT OFF
DISQUALIFICATION FOR TWO ACTUAL COMPETITIONS
CAPOMAGGIO GALO (BOLD CERIGNOLA)
A) one actual match disqualification for a double yellow card;
B) an effective disqualification match since, upon notification of the expulsion order,
uttered disrespectful phrases towards the Referee to contest his actions.
PALMISANI LORENZO (LUCCHESE) for having, in the 40th minute of the first half, behaved violently towards an opposing player, in that, with the ball in his hands while the game was in progress, he hit him with a kick at the height of calf, without causing any consequences.
DISQUALIFICATION FOR AN ACTUAL RACE
SALVO GIUSEPPE (ACR MESSINA) for having, in the 34th minute of the second half, engaged in seriously unsportsmanlike conduct by committing a foul on an opponent and preventing a clear scoring opportunity.
OBRIC RELJA (ATALANTA U23) for having, in the 31st minute of the first half, engaged in seriously unsportsmanlike conduct by committing a foul on an opponent and preventing a clear scoring opportunity.
BASSO RICCI ALBERTO (LEGNAGO SALUS) for having, in the 35th minute of the second half, behaved in an abusive and disrespectful manner towards the Referee, as he got up from the bench protesting blatantly and uttering disrespectful and offensive words towards him to contest his ‘operated.
SIAS FRANCESCO (SESTRI LEVANTE) for having, in the 38th minute of the second half, behaved disrespectfully towards the Referee, as he got up from the additional bench and blatantly protested towards him to contest his actions by leaving the technical area .
