Serie A, the updated ranking after the 11th matchday: Lazio in 3rd place, Cagliari remains at 9 points

The 11th day of Serie A ended with the match at the Olimpico between Lazio and Cagliari. Mister Baroni’s Biancocelesti emerged with three points from the Olympic Stadium, beating the Sardinians 2-1 thanks to goals from Dia (2′) and Zaccagli on a penalty in the 76th minute which nullified Luvumbo’s momentary equalizer in the 41st minute. With this victory, Lazio rises to 22 points in the standings, overtaking Juventus and joining Atalanta and Fiorentina in third place behind Napoli and Inter. Mister Nicola, on the other hand, remains at 9, reached by Genoa winning on the Parma pitch.
