There Ternana Calcio SpA announces that, today, the ordinary meeting was held for the approval of the financial statements as of 30 June 2024. Upon completion of the same, the extraordinary meeting was held for the signature by the President Stefano D’Alessandro and N21 Holding Srl, a company 100% controlled by president D’Alessandro, of a capital increase of €9,000,000, to fully cover the current season.
