Double curve investigation, Inter confirms: “No member of the club is under investigation”

“FC Internazionale informs that the authorities have requested the analysis of documents and documents in possession of the Nerazzurri club as part of the investigations by the Milan Prosecutor’s Office, coordinated together with the District Anti-Mafia Directorate, which led to the arrest of 19 exponents of the organized supporters of Inter and Milan. It should be noted that on 30 September 2024, a precautionary custody order was carried out by the Public Prosecutor’s Office against 19 subjects, mainly attributable to the organized supporters of the Parent Company (in reference to the Nerazzurri club) and of AC Milan SpA (so-called ‘ultrĂ ’ world), the same Public Prosecutor’s Office notified the Parent Company of a request for the delivery of deeds and documents, which will be examined by a Technical Consultant appointed by the Public Prosecutor’s Office as part of a prevention proceedings against the Parent Company which does not include – at present and to the best of the Parent Company’s knowledge – either employees or representatives of the Parent Company, nor the Parent Company itself (by way of administrative liability for crime) as suspects. The maximum collaboration on the part of the corporate bodies is confirmed for the purpose of completing the procedures by the Technical Consultant. To date, no communications or requests from sports justice bodies have been received by the Parent Company. The Parent Company, with the help of its lawyers, will continue to monitor the evolution of the matter.”
