No holds barred clash in the Franchi locker room between Gianluca Mancini and Ivan Juric during the interval of Fiorentina-Roma, match ended 5-1. This is how ‘Corriere dello Sport’ described what happened at the end of the first half of the match in Florence in its online edition. The two argued furiously and the clash took place in front of many witnesses, who also described physical contact between coach and player.
The atmosphere is very heavy in the Roma locker room and for this reason Juric, who will remain in his place against Torino, is now coach with the hours marked. Following the argument with the coach, Mancini never returned to the bench, he remained in the locker room together with his friend Bryan Cristante who had already been replaced shortly after the half hour mark.
