Marusic 6 – An orderly match, he suffers at the beginning in the duel with Miretti, then grows and accompanies the Biancocelesti’s offensives well. Flawless race.
Patrick 6 – Today with the captain’s armband, he works with Gila and is always present in stopping the Ligurians’ counterattacks.

Tavares 7 – A constant thorn in my side. Every time he comes into possession of the ball he makes incredible long strides. Little precision in crosses but constant danger.
Guendouzi 6 – A little obscured this afternoon also given the density in the Griffin’s midfield. The midfielder, however, does not lose clarity and moves the ball well.

Dia 5.5 – Physical prowess that is not seen in duels with Vasquez which limits him in almost all circumstances. From the 61st minute Pedro 7 – Running, pressing, crossing and goals. What more could you ask from a player than his experience? Warranty!
Noslin 6.5 – Lots of initiative in the offensive phase. The play with the tunnel was splendid and saw him as the protagonist in scoring the 1-0 goal. Some risks with some late interventions but an interesting performance in his first start at the Olympic stadium. From the 77th minute Tchaouna SV
Castellanos 6 – Few balls received but a lot is spent pressing the defenders which often forces mistakes. A self-sacrificing match with some inaccuracies in front of goal.
Marco Baroni 6.5 – His rotations between the league and Europe seem to be working well up to this point. As he himself said in the pre-match, the climate of support that is now being created at the stadium helps him and his boys to play the right match.

Loyal 5.5 – He can do little about the goals conceded, especially the 1-0 goal from Noslin who invents a noteworthy play and pierces him with no escape. For the rest, he does his job every time he is called upon.
Sabelli 5.5 – He starts the race well and collaborates a lot with Vasquez in closing. On his side, however, there is a very inspired Tavares who on several occasions points at him and forces him to foul. From 46′ Norton-Cuffy 6.5 – Not even 60 seconds and he immediately becomes the protagonist of an interesting ride with a conclusion, too central, on goal. He engages in a good duel with Tavares, managing to limit his raids.
Vogliacco 5.5 – Careful match in the first half: well-timed exits and advances on the Biancocelesti attackers. In the second half he underwent substitutions from Lazio.
Vasquez 6 – Good finish on Dia, canceled out for the entire first half. Less good in the failure to close on Noslin’s goal. We appreciate his determination and the fact that he leans forward, in an unusual position for him, where he also wins corner kicks.
Matturro 5.5 – He likes to push forward and press. You can see it a lot right from the start of the first half. The choices and timing of intervention on opponents need to be reviewed.
Zanoli 5.5 – Providential returns and good diagonals at the end. The most obvious was the one on Rovella in the first half. Lots of running and determination to win several corners. From the 61st minute Badelj 5.5 He comes in and isn’t very ready to shake up the midfield. In fact, he falls asleep and is caught by Pedro on a restart.
Frendrup 5.5 – He intercepted some Biancocelesti attacks well in midfield. Not very present in the offensive phase for the entire first half.
Miretti 5 – His technical skills are often not visible this afternoon in which he makes some mistakes in his supports on his teammates. There was also a misunderstanding in his movements with Pinamonti, perhaps he still needs to integrate well into the game requested by Gilardino. From the 61st minute Ankeye SV – He was injured after less than 10 minutes of play. From 71′ Melegoni 5.5 – His entrance coincides with Lazio’s change of pace who, in the end, closed the match with a resounding 3-0. He too blames the incursions of the Biancocelesti wingers.
Martin 6 – The first half was controlled and not very proactive. In the second half, thanks also to Norton-Cuffy’s coverage, he tries to look forward more. The crosses from free kicks were interesting.
Thorsby 6 – He plays almost as a first striker and his teammates look for him from the first minute of the game so they can take advantage of his physical and athletic skills. However, it is not very decisive. From 61′ Ekhator 5.5 – Never in the game. He practically doesn’t see the ball for twenty minutes.
Pinamonti 6 – Like his opposing teammate, he doesn’t receive many balls but, when he has the opportunity, he always manages to connect splendidly and create danger.
Alberto Gilardino 6 – The approach of his boys is not bad at all, on the contrary! Genoa started very strongly and played a very respectable match despite the many absences. The external covers need to be reviewed where there was a lot of suffering, especially in the Tavares area.
