Therefore, the shareholding of Parma Calcio 1913 is now 99% made up of Krause Group Italia, which also includes the Enrico Serafino and Vietti wineries and the Casa di Langa resort, and which is controlled by the parent company Krause Group, which operates in Italy through it, and to 1% by Parma Partecipazioni Calcistici, the company that expresses the widespread shareholding structure and which continues to represent the territorial link of the Club with the city of Parma”.
