After Ranieri and Comuzzo, it was Christian Kouamé’s turn. There Florentine yesterday afternoon made official the contract renewal of the Ivorian striker who signed a new contract valid until 30 June 2027. “Fiorentina announces that it has renewed the contract that tied the footballer Christian Kouame to the Viola Club until 30 June 2027 Kouame played 133 games in the purple shirt, between Serie A, Coppa Italia and Conference League, scoring 10 goals and providing 14 assists”, reads the press release.
With the new contract Kouame goes from 2.2 to 1.7 million euros per seasonbut he will be able to count on two more years of contract.
After the official renewal, Kouamé expressed himself on the Fiorentina website: “I’m happy, Fiorentina is now my home. I arrived while I was still injured and I received a lot of trust. Having this opportunity to renew is very important for me because I’ve been in Florence for 5 years now and I feel great. My goal it’s always going on the pitch and giving your best, then things can go good or bad but I don’t want regrets at the end of the match because I always try to give everything I can”, he declared.
