One point penalty for Triestina. Here is the press release released via the FIGC website:
“The National Federal Court has imposed a penalty point to be served in the current sporting season on Triestina (Series C). At the expense of the club and the President Benjamin Lee Rosenzweig disciplinary proceedings had been initiated by the Federal Prosecutor’s Office following the report from Lega Pro regarding alleged irregularities relating to the deposit of the surety bond referred to in CU 255/A of 14 June 2024.
Six months of ban for President Ben Rosenzweig, with the club also being sanctioned with a fine of 10,000 euros.”
