Suzuki: “I think I settled in well in Parma. But now let’s go back to winning”

Zion Suzuki, Parma goalkeepergave an interview to the Japanese medium SportsHochi focusing on the first weeks of his arrival in Italy. “Yes, I think I have settled in quite well, but I would still like to demonstrate my abilities to the best of my ability even at these levels, improving my game to contribute to achieving the objectives set.”

Can the 0-0 in Bologna represent a further stimulus for the Japanese national team’s next match against Saudi Arabia?
“Absolutely. The last time I went to the national team I was coming off a red card in the match against Napoli and I was very disappointed about it. Now, however, I feel more calm and, even if it won’t be an easy match, I will psychologically prepare for the match in the way improve”.

What do you think of the next match against Como?
“We haven’t won since the second game, so we know we still need a win. I want to focus on the national team first, and when I come back, I will join the team and do my best to contribute to the result.”
