Inzaghi admitted to the prosecutors the talks with Ferdico. Talking about requests and not threats

Today saw the beginning of testimonies before the prosecutors of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Milan by individuals from the clubs informed about the facts regarding the investigations carried out into alleged offenses committed by the ultra leaders in the organized groups of Inter and Milan. The coach of the Nerazzurri team inaugurated the round in the last few hours, Simone Inzaghi.

The agency HANDLE reconstructed what Inzaghi said to the investigatorsadmitting that he had had contacts with the leaders of the Curva Nord, in particular the now ex-leader Marco Ferdico, but that all this would fall within the sphere of interlocutions and requests, specifying that he had not suffered threats nor felt intimidated by the attitudes of the other side. Furthermore, during the hearing Inzaghi explained how dialogue in these forms would be part of the typical relationships between the forward and the team and that he did not want to lose supporters. He also admitted having spoken on the phone with Ferdico, reiterating however that he had no fears.

Furthermore, the interview took place in a building outside the Milan Police Headquarters. The vice-president of Inter, Javier Zanetti, will instead be heard, always as a person informed on the facts, between tomorrow and the day after tomorrow as part of the investigation by the Milan Prosecutor’s Office which eliminated the vertices of the North and South curves.
