FC Legnago Salus announces the renewal of its Board of Directors and, at the same time, a new internal organizational structure.
The new Board of Directors will still be headed by the president Davide Venturatowhich will no longer have a single vice president. In fact, a Giorgio Schiavocomes alongside Stefano Michelazzipromoted from the role of CEO, with a role no longer operational, but dedicated to institutional relations.
This change is linked to the subsequent impossibility of the doctor. Michelazzi to take care of the daily management of the Company, as he is particularly busy in his professional activity.
The position of the CEO will not be occupied by another figure, and his prerogatives will now fall partly to the other directors, who will all have an operational delegation, and partly to the operational director Riccardo Pasqualini and to the General Secretariat, led by Francesco Ruscitti.
To complete the Board of Directors, alongside the president and the two deputies, they will be there Guido Passarini and two new entries, Sergio Fincatti and Marco Venturato, all three with the role of advisor.
TO Sergio Fincatti the role of president of the Company’s Operating Committee is delegated.
