Is the knowledge between you and the coach important in your daily work?
“The relationship between me and Fabio is a relationship that has been going on for a long time. We also spent time as friends in 2001 at Castel Volturno. For me, his type of work can lead us to great results if we can put together a great team with this environment. There is great harmony between us and there are also ups and downs, for the best solutions we also need to discuss a little. In the summer we understood that we wanted to take this important chance together, despite the fact that there had been a lot of courting for him by many clubs, including Serie B.”
