Ternana, referral to the National Federal Court for non-payment of IRPEF

The Federal Prosecutor, following a report from Co.Vi.So.C., referred the matter to the National Federal Court Disciplinary Section Ternana (Series C) e Nicola Guidaat the time of the events president of the board of directors with powers to represent the company.

Nicola Guida, who in the meantime has become the former owner of Ternana Calcio, must answer for: the violation of art. 4, paragraph 1, of the CGS in relation to the provisions of the art. 85, letter. A), par. VI) point 2), last paragraph, of the NOIF and the official press release no. 140/A of 21 December 2023 (national licensing system for admission to the professional championships of Serie A, Serie B and Serie C 2024/2025), title I) par. IX), letter. L) point 1), for not having provided, by the deadline of 16 September 2024, for the payment of the Irpef withholdings relating to the emoluments due to members, employees and collaborators involved in the sports sector with ratified contracts, for the monthly salaries of May and June 2024;

The company Ternana Calcio SpA must instead respond: a.- by way of direct responsibility, pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1, of the Sports Justice Code for the acts and behaviors carried out by Mr. Nicola Guida; b.- by way of own responsibility, pursuant to the provisions of the art. 85, letter. A), par. VI) point 2), last paragraph of the NOIF and the official press release no. 140/A of 21 December 2023 (national licensing system for admission to the professional championships of Serie A, Serie B and Serie C 2024/2025), title I) par. IX), letter. L) point 1), for not having paid, by the deadline of 16 September 2024, the Irpef withholdings relating to the emoluments due to members, employees and collaborators in the sports sector with ratified contracts, for the months of May and June 2024.
