Fresh from a beautiful hat-trick, achieved among other things in less than one half, in the Champions League in Borussia Dortmund’s huge success against Celtic (7-1), Karim Adeyemi has attracted the eyes of several big names around Europe. And Adeyemi’s profile seems to be the perfect one, in terms of identity card and technical characteristics. Borussia Dortmund, however, is calm because the former Salzburg player is tied by a contract until 2027 and is ready to shoot high: the financial request is over 50 million euros.

After his hat-trick in the Champions League, Adeyemi spoke like this: “I set goals for myself every season,” he reported from the yellow and black home of Signal Iduna Park. “In the end it didn’t work. I learned from this. It took me a while to learn. The first half of the season wasn’t always positive for me. Now it’s different and I don’t try to help the team only in the second part of the season, but also in the first. This is why I don’t want to rest on my laurels.” A promise Nuri Sahin, the coach, and his teammates will keep in mind. Commenting: “How many assists and how many goals do I have? We’ll talk about it again at the end of the season.”
