What do you think of this start to the season in Serie A? Naples from Scudetto?
“You can’t hide, they’ve made important investments, he has a coach who isn’t about finishing second. He’s invested the club in the market, surely with Conte Lukaku he’ll find the right form. I have great respect for the coach, he leaves nothing to chance.”

“He came very close to a draw, but it’s the episodes that influence. Leao? If they get the money they have to sell him, he’s a good player but not a champion. For 70-75 million I would have sold him.”

“It was better when it was worse. Today the market is always open, modernity is not always the best. I agree with opening and closing the market all together.”
Kvaratskhelia, was the right choice to keep him?
“When a club asks for 70-80 million and doesn’t sell him, it’s obvious that the player then demands certain figures. Today in Italy we can’t expect players with 7-8 million a year. Today we can’t afford them, I’m for the fact that those who have debts cannot trade”.
Have you seen any improvements regarding young people?
“Every now and then they make an appearance. If you can’t spend, you have to let young people play. And the more you let them play, the more accomplished players they become. When it comes to young people, we’re still not like other countries.”
