2.25pm – Together with his coach Palladino too Edoardo Bove, Fiorentina midfielderspeaks at a press conference on the eve of the Conference League home match against the Welsh team New Saints.

2.29pm – The press conference begins.

What kind of responses do you expect between game and attitude?
“There’s no need to shake things up, we’ve always had the attitude to stick to every game with maximum commitment and awareness in our means. A journey made up of many new players who are starting to get to know each other takes time. But we know that in Europe can’t be so wrong and the importance of tomorrow. We are lucky that there are so many matches, we can test the mechanisms of training and put them into practice.”

Did you talk a bit about playing together more as Kouame said?
“I read a few things, I think Christian’s words were a bit misrepresented. I also spoke to him… He meant what we are creating, to put into practice those mechanisms that we try. We need to demonstrate courage and want, responsibility is a positive thing. The problem would be if someone was afraid to do something. The manager dictates the rules to us, then it’s up to us to apply what he asks of us.”

What do you think of the new Conference format?
“The new formulas lead the players to give the utmost importance to every match. And the teams don’t stop, even the goal difference is important. We can show all our value. I like the type of idea, even if it’s not yet I tried it. Maybe I’ll like it even more!”.
