After the two days of rest granted to the team by the red and white technical staff, this afternoon the group returned to training in view of the match against Cremonese, a match valid for the 8th matchday of the BKT Series and scheduled to start at 3.00 pm on Sunday 6 October on the grounds of the ‘Zini’ in Cremona.
After a quick muscle activation in the gym, the team trained on the Antistadio pitch, alternating, after a first step dedicated to joint mobility, metabolic work over medium distances with technical-tactical exercises based on ball possession and circulation with variable objectives; to close the session, a mixed-ranked challenge on a portion of the pitch. Some members of the squad carried out part of the day’s program according to a differentiated schedule for precautionary purposes; regularly in groups Emmanuele Matino and Lorenco Simic.
A double work session is scheduled for tomorrow (11:00 am / 4:00 pm).
