Sesko denies the rumors about Milan: “I’m fine in Leipzig. It’s stimulating to challenge Juve and Inter”

Benjamin Sesko, Leipzig striker who will challenge Juventus tomorrow in the 2nd day of the Champions League maxi-group, spoke to La Gazzetta dello Sport. Below are some of his most significant statements: “I could have scored more than 14 goals in my first year in the Bundesliga. I don’t like comparing myself to others, I’m Benjamin Sesko and I have my own style.”

Sesko was also asked whether during the last summer, in which Milan tried to buy him, he had contact with the Rossoneri manager Ibrahimovic. He responds like this: “I don’t comment on transfer rumors. I’m fine in Leipzig and that’s why I recently extended my contract. The club still wants to grow a lot and I will accompany the team on such an intriguing path.”

For Sesko there is also room for an analysis on the state of health of Serie A: “It has always been one of the best championships in Europe. On the international field, your players have great experience, which is why the matches against Juve and Inter are so stimulating for us. But we want to do well.”
