A “no comment” general from the Inter management, who arrived at the Lega Serie A assembly in Milan, regarding the interceptions and arrests of the leaders of the Nerazzurri and AC Milan corners. The president of the Italian champion club was present Giuseppe Marotta and the CEO Alessandro Antonello who, pressed by remote questions, preferred not to say anything.

The facts.
Eighteen people arrested. Sixteen in prison. Two under house arrest. This is what emerges from this morning’s blitz by the Police and the Financial Police who, on the orders of the preliminary investigation judge Domenico Santoro, arrested the leaders of the AC Milan and Inter teams. Extortion on the sale of tickets for Inter and Milan matches, a monthly extortion imposed on car parks around the Meazza, “cartels” between Nerazzurri and Rossoneri ultras on the sale of drinks and gadgets at the stadium, violent fights and injuries between groups, but also fictitious registration of assets: these are the crimes that are accused of those arrested.

The accusation against Inter’s Nord
The Nerazzurri curve is charged with the crime of criminal association with aiding and abetting the mafia. The precautionary measures have reached the boss Andrea Beretta (who a month ago stabbed to death a member of the Bellocco ‘ndrangheta gang) and the deputy Marco Ferdico as well as the most prominent members of the board such as Matteo Norrito and Mauro Nepi.
