Serie B, Cesena-Mantova: Possanzini wants to surprise again

The seventh day of Serie B comes to life and at the Orogel Stadium Dino Manuzzi, at 3.00 pm, the match between the hosts of the Cesena and Mantua.
The hosts are currently in 11th place in the standings, a victory today could bring the Seahorses in the higher areas of the ranking. Michele Mignani’s team has not even won a victory since August 28th, during the 2-0 against Catanzaro. After the 0-0 draw in Palermo in the previous round, the objective is to return to success, perhaps with the support of their fans.

Davide Possanzini’s Mantua is coming off a last-gasp victory against Cittadella: Leonardo Mancuso decided the Martelli match last Sunday. The guests are therefore looking for confirmation and another 3 points which would send a strong signal to all their opponents, as newly promoted the Lombard team can really make a strong statement in this Serie B.

There will be an international whistle to referee the match, i.e Daniele Chiffi, of the Padua section.

HOW CESENA ARRIVES

Mignani should line up his team with the 3-4-2-1: Pisseri to defend the posts, in front of him in the three-man defensive line Curto, Prestia and Mangraviti; Adamo full-back on the right and Donnarumma on the left, Calò and Simone Bastoni are in the lead in the middle. Kargbo and one of Antonucci and Ceesay favored to support the offensive reference, Cristian Shpendi.

HOW THE MANTOVA ARRIVES

Possanzini should instead confirm almost the entire lineup that won the match against Cittadella, with the only exception in midfield given the return after the disqualification of Trimboli, ready to return alongside Burrai. Festa is untouchable in goal, in defense the favorites from right to left are Maggioni, Redolfi, Brignani and Bani. The battery of attacking midfielders continues to be the one made up of Galuppini, Aramu and Fiori. Mensah still favored in the role of 9 over Leonardo Mancuso.
