Morata and Lautaro, the driving forces in the Derby: the Spaniard is convincing, the Argentine makes an assist

The Milan derby was also a showdown between Alvaro Morata and Lautaro Martinez, two profiles that have plenty of leadership and depth. The Spaniard – as can also be read in the Corriere dello Sport – was the first to test Sommer with a shot and never backed down in duels with his Inter opponents. Alvaro was invaluable from a tactical point of view, also offering himself in the defensive phase and managing to shield the Nerazzurri passers when not in possession.

An excellent performance therefore for the Spaniard, who in his first Milan derby can celebrate and collect the full loot. Different story instead for Lautaro Martinez, who despite the defeat against the Devil offered several positive ideas. In fact, the Argentine provided the assist for the 1-1 signed by Dimarco, a ring that arrived after a not exactly exciting start to the match. At the same time Lautaro showed his grit, but still returns home without a goal: this is an aspect that the Inter captain will have to work on.
