Bundesliga, dramatic match at the BayArena: Boniface gives 3 points to Leverkusen

Great show at the BayArena in Leverkusen this afternoon with the hosts coached by Xabi Alonso who finally prevail against a Wolfsburg that twice takes the lead, but fails to maintain it: the guests in fact unlock the match in the 5th minute thanks to an own goal by Mukiele, but are immediately overtaken by Aspirins with goals from the usual Wirtz and Tah.

The visitors, however, turned the tables before the end of the first half with Bornauw and former Bologna player Svanberg. In the second half, Bayer immediately equalized with Hincapie, but the winning goal – with the visitors down to 10 men after Gerhardt was sent off in the 88th minute – only came in injury time thanks to Boniface, who allowed Leverkusen to climb to nine points in the standings.
