More problems for Rafa Mir. Details of the complaint

Once inside the pool, he forcefully grabbed her and tried to kiss her while holding her face against her will, while she tried to pull away at every moment… At that moment, she says that Rafa Mir grabbed her with one arm from behind while inserting his fingers inside her on the side of her elastic pants. She could not specify the number of fingers he inserted, and he also touched her entire body against her will.” The young woman clarified that she refused “at all times” to have sexual intercourse in the pool and that she told Rafa Mir “verbally and forcefully to leave her and that she did not want him to do this.” After taking her to the bathroom, the woman claims that Rafa Mir “closes the door and locks her so she can’t get out. Rafa sits her on the sink and proceeds to insert his fingers into her again, without removing her skirt pants.”
The friend, who had spent the previous night with Rafa Mir, lashed out at the victim: “What you’re doing seems terrible to me, I’m going crazy. How can you stay there with him after he slept with me?” So at that moment “she pushed Rafa, moved away from him, opened the door and left the bathroom”.
