In a year’s time, Liverpool will probably no longer have Mohammed Salah. The Egyptian attacking winger, in fact, has only one year left on his contract and has already made it known that no manager of the Reds has come forward for a possible renewal. Evidently the English club’s plans are different and the news coming from England today could confirm it: Liverpool is strongly interested in Jamal MusialaBayern Munich playmaker, among the best in his role in the last couple of years.
The Bavarian club does not want to sell the 2003 starlet, and is actually considering renewing his contract, which currently expires in June 2026. Bayern Munich is confident about the extension, but Liverpool remains on the prowl. The financial request, however, would be prohibitive: the Germans would not sell Musiala for less than 180 million euros. Manchester City, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are also said to be tracking the player. The portal reports this CaughtOffside.
The president of Bayern Munich, Herbert Hainerrecently spoke about Musiala’s future: “Many say that one day he will be the best player in the world. In this regard, we will do everything we can to keep him here in the long term. In my opinion, he could easily become the next Thomas Müller and play here for the next 20 years. I am very optimistic that we will see him at Bayern for a long time to come.”
