The Champions League is really just around the corner but there are those, like Zvone Boban, who already have very clear ideas. The former footballer in fact – as can also be read in La Gazzetta dello Sport – is banking heavily on Simone Inzaghi’s Inter. In the opinion of Boban, who last January stepped away from the spotlight after the end of his experience with UEFA, the Nerazzurri have something more than all the other Italian teams: “Inter have shown that they can compete with everyone, I don’t see the others at this level. The Nerazzurri are still the favorites for the Scudetto, they have the strongest and most complete squad”.
It is impossible to listen to Boban and not talk about Milan, the club for which he worked as a manager between 2019 and 2020 before an abrupt interruption. And Boban, despite the precedent, does not forget his glorious Rossoneri past: “For me, Milan is always Milan. Fonseca? We need to give him time, he just arrived in Milan. I hope he can correct himself, beyond the results the problem is the game”.
