Paulo Fonseca will have a very renewed midfield at his disposal in his first season as coach of the Milan: today the club made official the exit of Yacine Adli. This is the press release issued by Fiorentina: “ACF Fiorentina announces that it has acquired, on a temporary basis with an option to buy, the rights to the sporting performances of the footballer Yacine Adli from AC Milan. Adli, born in Vitry-sur-Seine (France) on 29 July 2000, grew up in the youth sector of Paris Saint-Germain, a club with which he also made his debut in Ligue 1 in 2018. The new Viola midfielder also wore the Bordeaux shirt on 104 occasions and, in the last season with Milan, made 33 appearances in Serie A, Coppa Italia, Champions League and Europa League, scoring one goal. Adli will wear the number 29 shirt”.
And the next one to say goodbye could be Ismael Bennacerabsent from Milanello for the third consecutive day. The Algerian midfielder, who played in the first matchday against Torino and was absent in the defeat against Parma, can leave the Milanese club in these last two days of the transfer market with the right offer. The former Empoli player is in the sights of several Arab clubs, but at the moment no satisfactory offer has arrived at the Rossoneri club. Bennacer has a clause of fifty million euros, but an offer of thirty million euros could be the right one to close the deal.
It is inevitable to also think about an entrance: the ex Juve Adrien Rabiot is a strong temptation, with many aspects that support his candidacy. In the last year, however, Rabiot has taken over 7 million euros net from the Old Lady and for his future he is looking for an even richer contract, perhaps on parameters that are too high for the current ideas of the Rossoneri club. If an agreement cannot be reached, the newspaper writes, Milan will evaluate other options. First of all, the one that leads to Manu Kone (23 years old) from Borussia Monchengladbach, with whom the Rossoneri have already reached an agreement regarding the terms of the contract. An agreement still needs to be reached with the German club, which continues to ask for 20 million euros. Another addition to the midfield, however, will have to be in Milan’s plans between now and Friday evening.
