Bellanova from Toro to Atalanta, a transfer made official in just 24 hours

Raoul Bellanova is officially a new Atalanta player. The lightning deal that brought the 2000-born winger from Torino to mister Gasperini’s court was closed this Thursday. “Torino Football Club announces that it has sold the rights to the sports performances of the player Raoul Bellanova to Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio, on a permanent basis. All of Torino thanks Raoul for the contribution offered during his experience in the Granata and bids him farewell, wishing him the best for the continuation of his career”, reads the note issued by the Granata club.

Bellanova’s first words for the Nerazzurri fans
“Hello everyone, I’m happy and proud to be back here after my first short stint. I’m ready to honor the shirt and give my all for Atalanta. I want to thank the Percassi family, director Tony D’Amico and mister Gasperini for the trust they’ve placed in me. I can’t wait to repay it on the pitch. The sweaty shirt is a motto I like and I want to show it on the pitch. See you at the stadium and Forza Atalanta”, were Bellanova’s first statements to the official Atalanta channels.

Bellanova’s farewell to Torino
“It’s difficult to write something after experiencing such strong emotions. After a year, a journey that has seen me grow as a man and as a professional comes to an end, and that’s why I want to thank everyone: the fans, my teammates, mister Juric and mister Vanoli, the club, all the medical staff and the warehouse workers. When you feel at home, you don’t need many words, you understand each other immediately. I love you, thank you for everything. Turin, you were home”, was the full-back’s greeting to the Toro fans through his profile Instagram.
