What future awaits Sofyan Amrabat? Every day that passes seems to take the Moroccan midfielder of Fiorentina further away from a possible return to Manchester United. The 1996-born player no longer seems to be part of the plans of the Red Devils management and he also seems to have come to terms with it.
The Moroccan has in fact removed the words “Manchester United” from his bio. Instagram and on the official website of the English club he no longer appears among the players in the squad. Could this be a market clue? It’s hard to say given that there are still more than two weeks to go until the end of the summer session, but in the meantime Amrabat is getting ready to experience the start of the season in Parma wearing the Fiorentina jersey.
And even his current coach in purple Palladino, after the friendly with Fribourg, had sent out more than a few signals: “A great relationship was born with him because I didn’t know him as a man. I met a great man and he made himself available to me despite the market rumors so I threw him on the pitch and he did a good job. We’ll see what happens but I’m happy to have him and I’d be happy to coach him all year”. A sign that the club wants to have Amrabat.
