Today there were three matches scheduled for the penultimate first leg of the preliminary round Champions Leaguewhich ended without any major surprises. Slavia Prague did well, beating Union SG 3-1, as did Slovan Bratislava, who prevailed with a score of 2-0 over Apoel Nicosia. Finally, Bodo/Glimt won 1-0 away against Jagiellonia.
