While waiting for the first edition of the new Champions League, UEFA is already looking ahead and has already announced all the dates of the European competitions for the 2025/2026 season. According to Calcio e Finanza, in recent days the federations have been sent the official international calendar for the season following the one just started, making known the days on which the Champions League will be played.

The top European competition will kick off on 8 and 9 July 2025, while the group stage will kick off in September, with the first matchday spread over the 16th, 17th and 18th, in the exclusive week.
