Lucien Agoumé is ever closer to returning to Sevilla. Contacts between the parties are continuous and there is optimism for the conclusion of the deal between Inter and the Andalusian club.

There should be news in a couple of days, with Agoumé moving to Sanchez Pizjuan on a permanent basis for 8 million euros. Inter will be able to have 10% of the resale.

In the last few days the midfielder had already made it clear what his only intention wasthat is, to return to LaLiga after a good season – standing out in the overall disappointing one of Sevilla – and deserving of a decent level of investment.

His agent, Oscar Damiani, spoke like this in recent days. “We’ll see what the club decides and what opportunities there will be for the boy. He has great physical skills, but he’s also a very intelligent player, good at intercepting. He can pass the ball very well with his teammates, he dictates the tempo well. He’s been talked about very well for a few years now, Inter signed him when he was still a minor. Great things are expected, but he hasn’t managed to make the definitive leap in quality yet. He has the potential, he just needs to find a little more space and convince himself of his own qualities”.
