Nemanja Radonjic was not redeemed by Mallorca. The Serbian footballer, in his experience in the Balearics, had few highs and many lows, with eleven appearances that led to neither goals nor assists. So came the return to his home base, to Turin, where they had already put him on the market twelve months ago and then kept him: excellent impact with the 2023-24 championship, then the usual tantrums and arguments with coach Ivan Juric.
Now Radonjic is out of the Torino project and will therefore be sold. Where is not yet known, although there are no concrete offers for the player. He has proposals in Major League Soccer and Qatar, it remains to be seen what his opinion will be towards these championships.
Some time ago, Torino’s sporting director, Davide Vagnati, had spoken like this. “I heard from him a few days ago, he’s a guy with a heart. Unfortunately he has big limits in his mental endurance, maybe also in his workload that he can’t maintain during the week. He often needed breaks, unfortunately it’s not a question of Turin or the coach: for certain objectives, you always have to be on the ball. He’s not even a kid anymore, if he’s changed teams often, obviously there’s some problem. It’s normal that there’s disappointment, but I try to see the glass half full: we didn’t invest an exorbitant amount, he gave us a hand and solved a few games for us”.
