Lyon sign Nuamah on permanent deal, four-year deal

Incoming move for Olympique Lyonnais who have made official the permanent transfer of Ernest NuamahThe attacking winger, who has been with the club since last season, was purchased for 28.5 million euros from RWDM Molenbeek, a club affiliated with the Eagle galaxy, and signed a four-year contract.

This move concludes a complex deal between the two clubs. Originally bought by Molenbeek for €25 million last year from Nordsjaelland, Nuamah was immediately loaned to OL. Now Lyon have decided to buy the player outright, sparking controversy in their homeland over regulation and fairness in football, particularly with regard to financial and transfer rules imposed by bodies such as the DNCG.
