L’Eco di Bergamo: “Juventus on Koopmeiners, but 15 million are at stake”

The Echo of Bergamo on newsstands today dedicates ample space to the negotiations that concern Gian Piero Gasperini’s Atalanta: headlights on Teun Koopmeiner and interest from Juventus: “What deal after Zaniolo? It could be Koopmeiners’ exit: Juventus is not giving up and, despite there still being a gap between demand (60 million) and supply (45), the Bianconeri remain at the forefront. Atalanta is also willing to sell the midfielder to the Premier League, perhaps to Liverpool who have asked for information but have not yet launched an attack: Juve are currently the most interested club and Koop would gladly accept the transfer. There could be developments next week”, we read.

There is also space for other outgoing negotiations: “In the meantime, Okoli has undergone medical tests with Leicester and is only waiting for the officialisation of his transfer to England (for 15 million, including bonuses). The defender was on loan to return to Bergamo, not to stay: a bit like Gollini, who was reportedly proposed to Roma and Monza, with the red and white idea taking shape, given that in Brianza the goalkeeper would be a starter, after Di Gregorio’s departure”.
