Grigoris Kastanos, Salernitana midfielder, scored a brace in the friendly match between his Cyprus and San Marino, a match won by the Cypriots 4-1. At the end of the match the player spoke into the microphones of RTV San Marino:
“Happy for the brace. My wish would be to stay in Serie A but now a particular season is coming to an end, I’m exhausted. Now I’m thinking about resting, then we’ll see” the words of Kastanos.
The player is on the market in Serie A
Kastanos is followed by several clubs in Serie including Hellas Verona and Cagliari. The two teams have shown a certain interest in the flexible midfielder, but both will first have to define the coaching issue.”
