“Triestina has one of the best stadiums in the country, the Nereo Rocco, a fundamental asset for the entire community. We are working to obtain the concession”. The Region is incredibly business-friendly and the geographic location is exactly what we were looking for. We are confident that we will be able to make the most of it and provide entertainment throughout the yearusing it as a venue for concerts, fairs and other events”.
Rosenzweig continues by underlining how a lot of money has been lost this season due to the problems encountered: “The field management problems at the beginning of the season penalized us a lot. We estimate that the lost revenue amounts to approximately one million eurosbut fortunately we have worked with the Region to solve the problem, but also to create a world-class field that can benefit the city.”
Finally, the number one talks about the other objectives to make the club modern and competitive: “Another important objective is the construction of the new sports center, a cutting-edge project which involves the construction of more 11-a-side pitches, a guesthouse and a medical center – physiotherapy. The expected investment is in the order of 15 million eurosat the level of a top Serie A club. We truly believe that the city and the Region are well positioned for long-term success.”
