The Manchester City they are the first team ever to win four consecutive English top-flight titles (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24). It was another dream season for the mister troop Pep Guardiolawho despite the bitter elimination from the Champions League still managed to bring the Citizens on the roof of England. In the end, there are 91 points won by Haaland and his teammates in this championship: more than 90 just like in three other of the eight seasons signed by Guardiola (100 points in 2017-2018, 98 in 2018-19 and 93 in 2021-22 ).

Obviously there is no shortage of individual records either: from the goalkeeper Edersonwho has won more Premier League titles (six) than any other goalkeeper in the competition’s history, surpassing Peter Schmeichel, down to striker Erling Haaland, the first player in the history of this competition to win the Golden Boot and the Premier League title in two consecutive seasons. The Norwegian striker has already obtained the same number of Premier League Golden Boots as Didier Drogba, Robin van Persie, Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and Michael Owen (2).

Finally mister Pep Guardiola, who yesterday won his sixth Premier League title with Manchester City: the former Barcelona player is only the fourth manager to win six titles in the English top flight, together with Sir Alex Ferguson (13), George Ramsay (6) and Bob Paisley (6). His City are unbeaten in 35 games in all competitions, the longest run ever recorded by a Premier League team. In history, the only team with a longer unbeaten run is Nottingham Forest between March and November 1978 (40).
