Italian calls Biraghi, Bologna slows down. Lykogiannis’ stay possible

TMW

Cristiano Biraghi is leaving Fiorentina and the Viola captain has several admirers scattered across the country: one of these is his previous coach Vincenzo Italianowho would gladly take him for Bologna.

The situation, however, is not so hot at the moment: the rossoblù, on the other hand, have found a new starter in Juan Miranda for the left wing. And behind the Spaniard, when above all he was not available, the Greek Charalampos Lykogiannis did not disfigure himself in the moments in which he was called into action.

On the club side, Bologna is in no hurry, but at the moment not too intent on forcing Lykogiannis’s exit. The left-footed winger from Cagliari and Genoa, among others, has some interest among Serie A and B teams (above all, he seemed to be a concrete target for Salernitana) but none of these so far have turned into something more. And for now he doesn’t even seem to be able to become it, keeping alive the possibility that Lykogiannis will remain with Bologna until the end of the season. Also because at a contractual level (it expires on June 30th, however) he has a fairly low salary for a second line. An aspect that risks failing, however, with Biraghi, who remains a good name for Napoli.
