A huge blow for Arsenal. A few days ago, during the match against Crystal Palace (1-5), Bukayo Saka he injured his thigh and eventually gave way to Leandro Trossard. The stoppage would not be a trivial matter: speaking at a press conference this morning, Mikel Arteta gave the latest on the conditions of the England international: “This is not good news. He will be out for several weeks. It’s a hard blow, but for us it will be a great exercise to overcome a new challenge”. Tendon problem for Saka, who will therefore miss Boxing Day but also several other important matches, such as those against Manchester United or Aston Villa. “It could have been worse, it could have been an injury it would keep him out for a year”, he then specified.
When will he return? The 23-year-old Englishman could be available again in February: on the 2nd there is the match at the Emirates against Manchester City and the Spanish manager will obviously do everything to field him.
