Inter chasing Napoli, with equal matches but only for a couple of days. In fact, at the end of the fifteenth matchday of the championship, the Nerazzurri’s ranking will have an asterisk: one match less than the competition, due to the match to be recovered against Fiorentina.
This, however, is not an issue that seems to worry the Nerazzurri team and in particular Marcus Thuramscorer of the third goal in the 3-1 win against Parma this evening in the San Siro: “We don’t think about it – the French striker replied to the reporters present at the press conference – we know that everyone has to play the same number of games”.
During the post-match meeting, Thuram also explained the hug to Simone Inzaghi after the goal scored, born from a movement recommended by the Inter coach himself: “Because in the first half I made a move, then he changed my role and went on the second. And I was happy with that.”
The coach’s version of the hug was essentially the same: “At the end of the first half we told him to go to that position, because in the first half his position had changed. We had changed it for him the day before and then we told him to getting back into position, it was a spontaneous hug after a goal that closed the match.”
