Juventus investigation, 200 requests from civil parties. Next hearing on January 27th

(ANSA) – ROME, DECEMBER 5 – Approximately 200 civil party requests have been presented to the Rome preliminary hearing judge as part of the proceedings involving the former leaders of the Juventus for the investigation relating to capital gains and salary adjustments.

The requests, which will now be examined by judge Anna Maria Gavoni, were made, among others, by Consob, shareholders, investment funds and consumer associations.

There are around ten suspects, among them the former president Andrea Agnelli as well as former managers Pavel Nedved, Maurizio Arrivabene and Fabio Paratici. The charges, depending on the positions, are market manipulation, obstruction of supervision and false invoicing. The hearing was adjourned until next time January 27.
