Thomas Kristensen, Udinese defenderspoke after the 0-2 home defeat against Genoa. But we worked hard, we remained united. We did a good team job, but it wasn’t enough.”

“I’m happy to be back, I didn’t play for a long time. It was hard to see my teammates on the pitch and not be able to be with them, but now I’m here and it was nice to be back on the pitch again.”
How did your first approach with a four-man defense go?
“I have already played four-a-side in the past in my previous club and we also play like this in the Under 21 national team. I like both sides, today obviously we didn’t see what we would have liked to do with there being ten men left.”
In terms of results you don’t seem to be in the best moment.
“Now we have to stay united, it’s a difficult moment because we haven’t won in five games but we’ve already experienced similar situations in the past. Now we have to stay calm and I’m sure this period will pass soon.”
