Serie B, Cosenza-Catanzaro: Alvini challenges Caserta in the eagerly awaited Calabria derby

Entertainment guaranteed at the “San Vito-Marulla”, a facility which this afternoon at 3pm will host the Calabria derby between Cosenza And Catanzarovalid for the 19th day of the championship Serie B. The discussion will be directed by Mr. Gianluca Aureliano of the AIA section of Bologna.

HOW THE COSENZA ARRIVES – Moment of profound crisis of results for Massimiliano Alvini’s rossoblù, fresh from three consecutive defeats (in the last round, the 1-0 defeat came in the Carrarese den) and currently in last place in the table with 16 points in cohabitation with Frosinone: success has been missing for Fumagalli and his teammates since last November 9th, 2-3 away at Brescia. Florenzi and Camporese out due to disqualification, with a probable formation going towards a 3-4-2-1 with Kourfalidis and Mazzocchi as attacking midfielders supporting Strizzolo: there are also some changes in the midfield with Charlys and Kouan who will be supported on the external lanes by Ricciardi and D’Orazio.

HOW THE CATANZARO ARRIVES – Eighth position in the rankings with 23 points for the Giallorossi, who come to this match after the 1-0 home defeat against Spezia which interrupted a streak of eleven consecutive useful results. Without supporters in tow, Fabio Caserta’s team will show up at the “San Vito-Marulla” without D’Alessandro, Coulibaly and Koutsoupias. As regards the lineup, the offensive pair of Iemmello and Biasci will be confirmed in the starting 3-5-2, while Compagnon and Ceresoli will act on the flanks with Pompetti, Petriccione and Pontisso in the middle of the pitch.
