Wolfsburg surprised everyone by overwhelming Leipzig with a sensational 5-1 away, demonstrating great offensive effectiveness. Freiburg beat Borussia Mönchengladbach 3-1, relaunching themselves with a view to qualifying for the cups. Finally, Werder Bremen and Stuttgart created a spectacular draw (2-2), with both teams fighting until the end for the three points.
