Matias Vecino has returned to have an important role in Baroni’s Lazio, but for the former Inter and Fiorentina player the transfer sirens do not stop ringing: the Uruguayan has almost reached the end of his contract and on 30 June he will be officially released, unless of other moves by the player himself and the club before the summer.
Meanwhile in Mexico people are talking about him again: Club de Fútbol León, which plays in the Primera División de México, is apparently looking for an experienced player for next season and their eyes would have fallen on the Lazio midfielder. There are no further details on this interest for now, the feeling is that we will have to wait until next summer approaches to understand more.
