Cagliari, Nicola: “Mina is fine. She would like to play all the time, but we know it’s not possible”

Davide Nicolatechnician of Cagliaripresented tomorrow’s match against Genoa in a press conference – an important final exam after the draw against Milan before the break – focusing among other things on some individuals: “Will Mina be available? trained without problems. I have 16 players who have played consistently, I would like to get to 20/21. Mina has worked and is quite well. He would like to play all the time, but we know that is not possible leader, now we are looking for to work on the detail”.

How is Gaetano?
“He came from a context in which there were not great expectations. Last year was decisive. To date he knows he is strong and must try and find his dimension. He is working towards this end, he must continue to do so. He needs a spark.”

Is it a problem to have the whole squad available?
“A pleasant problem. The real problem is when you don’t have this abundance.”

How does Cagliari change with Viola or Gaetano?
“Viola is closer to the second striker, he knows how to finish. Gaetano also has classic movements as a midfielder and can create superiority in midfield. For me they can coexist. It also depends on the characteristics of the opponent.”
